Hacklab Women Annual Gathering
Hacklab Women Annual Gathering is a women only initiative of the Hacklab Foundation which brings together over 300 women in STEM for a 3-day gathering of keynotes, panel discussions, workshops and crowned with all-women hackathon were all female teams are tasked to develop STEM-related solutions to address environmental problems with cash prizes and other perks.
The gathering features top women CEOs who lead STEM organizations and other thought leaders in STEM.

The objective of this gatherings is to
- Establish and strengthen our community of women in STEM · Establish a forum for women to discuss solutions
- Emphasis the need for more women in STEM
- Facilitate mentoring opportunities and peer to peer learning amongst women in STEM
- Create a platform to educate women about career opportunities in STEM through the inspiring stories of other successful women in similar fields
- Allow women in STEM to showcase their innovations
